Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Greenway Estate, Marsden Park - Community Corner 922Feb 23, 2015 6:58 pm kaycee @wash29: Yes "The Greenway Community" knows what is happening. Your conveyancer would have been advised as well. Thank you kaycee. Sorry to be a noob, but what is "The Greenway Community". My solicitor told me they are missing some document/approval but have no idea when it will reschedule. Re: Greenway Estate, Marsden Park - Community Corner 923Feb 23, 2015 7:16 pm Obviously, DA approved and Settlement completed for majority of Stage 1a,2a & 2b buyers now and Rawson Homes are very proactive in getting DA approvals etc.. Is anyone building with Rawson Homes going to commence construction shortly? Who is going to be the first to build in Greenway Estate? Apparently, some DAs approved for Display Homes and Builders might commence construction of their Display Homes first!!! Re: Greenway Estate, Marsden Park - Community Corner 924Feb 23, 2015 7:56 pm @wash29 it seems that I am affected too. The conveyancers from the otherside have given no indication of when the issue will be resolved, what the issue is or if it will affect plans which have already been lodged by the builder based on the original plans. I am really annoyed by the lack of information. All well and good for those who don't have this problem, but it is just another delay on top of more delays. Who knows whether it will mean that construction and approvals are all delayed and need to be resubmitted or redone! another failure of these developers to provide any information at all it is becoming quite frustrating! This is an early indication that Rawson Homes is leading other builders in terms of house construction. Six Wisdom Homes DA's have now been approved by Council. @wash29: Welcome to "The Greenway Community" ! Re: Greenway Estate, Marsden Park - Community Corner 931Feb 28, 2015 1:21 pm Hi guys, any update on Greenway Parks and Landscaping works? I am in WA at the moment and I don't know what's happening @ Greenway. Could anyone post some recent photos of construction progress on Greenwy Facebook? My Wife & I are building our first home with Rawson in stage 1D. Found out last week that registration is now delayed until sometime in June. Bit disapointing but we are still excited to see everything starting to happen in the area. @Kaycee, just wanted to say thank you for all the information you have shared so far! Re: Greenway Estate, Marsden Park - Community Corner 936Mar 02, 2015 10:47 am Hi All, Thank you for sharing information on this forum. We bought in stage 3A. Does anyone know if the registration for 3A might be affected and delayed until when? We need to get a better idea of when to start applying for finance... @ kayce, thank you for the photos!! Cant wait to see more happening!! When will they start on the shopping centre? Re: Greenway Estate, Marsden Park - Community Corner 937Mar 02, 2015 7:36 pm Congratulatons Pottsey and greenlife36! You are both most welcome as well. Delays in land registration are not a surprise anymore and this happens in big development estates nowadays. Compared to other estates, the developer of GL has had a better track record of land registratiom than the developers of the more popular surrounding estates. Furthermore, I have not yet heard of any of the partner builders at GL raise their building contract price because of the last unwelcome event. That itself should be an encouraging information. Based on information from "The Greenway Community", this was the first time they have heard of another land registration delay in the later stage. My advice to you Pottsey is to monitor the progress of DA 15-315 and have both your land and construction loans approved prior to your expected land settlement date. To greenlife36, the party who can best answer your query about the opening of the Neighborhood Centre is anyone from the Greenway Sales Team. The Greenway Community has also informed me that their expected land registration for 3A is still June 2015. Also from experience the best time to get your loans approved is about a month prior to land settlement. It is now time for both of you to learn golf or polish your prowess in anticipation of the eventual marriage of Alderton Drive of the Greenway Living Estate and Stonecutters Drive of the Stonecutters Ridge Estate. The two estates were engaged when the whole of the Greenway Living Estate became part of the suburb Colebee. On a side note Oaklands Estate at Schofields is releasing 48 lots at 12:00pm, Thursday 5th March 2015 via email notification of a link to their site. The lot prices seem very reasonable considering that it is very close to the Schofields Train Station, Woolworths and the proposed Coles Supermarket. Here is the finished levels and contours plan. The main civil works are expected to start on site during April 2015 and the anticipated land registration is January 2016. This is again expected to sellout in one day. Re: Greenway Estate, Colebee - Community Corner 938Mar 05, 2015 2:03 pm Thanks Kaycee, Will keep an eye on it. If I get any more information about our registration will happily pass it on incase anyone else on here is also in the same group. Is there any indication yet as to what the house numbers are planned to be - or is this only after the registration? Hi Greenlife36, last conversation I had with the sales office they said they are expecting work to commence on the shopping center sometime later this year, but didnt have a date yet. Re: Greenway Estate, Colebee - Community Corner 939Mar 06, 2015 2:09 pm @Pottsey: I am not certain what the numbers of the houses will be in Stage 1D but according to "The Greenway Community" the 5 houses across the road will be numbered 40, 38, 36, 34 and 32 in Summerland Crescent. The house on the corner left lot will be 19 Everingham Street. Information for Stage 1C and Stage 4B releases are now available in the GL Site. Re: Greenway Estate, Colebee - Community Corner 940Mar 06, 2015 6:00 pm Thanks for sharing the pics Kaycee and all the information. The park does look smaller than what was depicted in the master plan. I was expecting something more larger. Kick about area is not Huge as advertised for sure. The gap can be adjusted so it's tighter. You can definitely set up corner cabinets to have the same gap as standard doors. 2 13531 4 14255 Dear all, Requesting your help in relation to a CDC code.
