Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 24, 2015 5:51 pm Hi All For anyone waiting for an update like we were I stumbled upon this which has been finally updated on the website.....Fingers crossed not long now. Construction Update - mid 2015 Construction is progressing well on site taking advantage of the relative dry weather since construction commenced in February 2015. There is a large amount of construction activity on site including Western Earth Moving as our civil contractor and the service installation contractors. The Stage bulk earthworks are now complete and majority of drainage works installed. Kerb & gutter has been installed to 90% of the estate. Electrical design is now approved and we expect installation of services to progress from early July. Behind the scenes are working with the relevant authorities to obtain approval certificates as required. We are please to advise we are on schedule with our program for land registration in August / September 2015. Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 3Jun 25, 2015 4:05 pm Hi Timus. There should be lots coming up soon I suppose as the development was for over 50 lots but they have only released 25 lots Aug 14. I did see Lj hooked selling one in here recently but I'm not sure how they are selling the rest. Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 4Jun 25, 2015 7:58 pm bradles Hi Timus. There should be lots coming up soon I suppose as the development was for over 50 lots but they have only released 25 lots Aug 14. I did see Lj hooked selling one in here recently but I'm not sure how they are selling the rest. Thanks Bradles... I would chase them for new release info. What were the pricing like for last year release? Were they slightly lower than market rate or a little higher than market rate ? Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 6Jun 25, 2015 9:50 pm ohk.. I am in a puzzle.. I have a lot in an estate on other side of the station as I could not manage to get one on this side of station (Alex Avenue) I have to sign the contracts in 3 weeks, now If I leave this and wait for Gardene and I do not get priority I will lose both. So puzzled what to do. Regards Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 9Jun 26, 2015 8:57 am bradles Hi Timus Yes thats the one, maybe you can try your luck with that before passing up on your other lot. I will ask these guys, however they show it as 400 sqm and lot 16, but if I am not wrong, The master plan for stage 1 did not had Lot 16 and no lots where smaller than 416 sqm. Also the stage 1 lots for Gardene were all 33 meter deep but LJ advertise 32 meter. I would ask them for location and lets see if it is the same or not. As per Gardene website they mention Aug/Sep 2015 as land settlement, do you reckon it is for all stages or just stage 1 ? Regards Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 10Jun 26, 2015 9:11 am Stage 1 only included the blocks on Alex Ave and the blocks directly behind them on proposed Rd 2. This lot is also on proposed Rd 2 and will be ready at the same time but it wasn't in the Stage 1 sale. So how can they sell it before even being released by Developer.. I am suspecting some back door selling... Regards Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 12Jun 26, 2015 6:25 pm I'm pretty sure the developer can sell it how ever they want. I'm assuming they might be going through the agent as there is no room on the site for an office and for people to camp out as we did in stage 1 Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 13Jun 27, 2015 12:33 am bradles I'm pretty sure the developer can sell it how ever they want. Any email Id I can use to contact them ? What did they ask for at the time of contract signing in terms of money ? 5% or 10% ? Regards Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 15Jun 29, 2015 8:52 pm I went to there office this morning in castle hill. There opening hours are 08:30am in morning to 5:30.. I waited till 09:30 and office did not opened up. Lucky I got hold of the guy Damiene over the phone and he said Office is closed till Aug and they do not have more lots. He also said we had done three stage releases not just one. Mate, Do you have any email id for them ? Regards Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 16Jun 29, 2015 8:59 pm Wow that's surprising. Who's office did you go to in Castle Hill? As I thought the only office was the old site office on Alex Ave. I haven't seen or received and info apart from stage 1. The only email I have is sales@gardeneschofields.com.au. Good luck. Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 17Jun 29, 2015 9:12 pm bradles Wow that's surprising. Who's office did you go to in Castle Hill? I went to address mentioned on the website hongchen dot com dot au slash contact-us Re: Gardene Estate Schofields NSW 18Jun 29, 2015 9:17 pm I'm pretty sure all the guys who bought in stage 1 especially the east facing lots are planing to move in as we were one of the 11 who bought there as the 12th lot the developer withdrew from sale. We bought land in Tallawong Schofields NSW size 30m X 12.5m and planning to get double story house build around 350 sqm.
