Have they fixed the window and brick pillar ? Hi 2-cupcakes-pls sorryI've taken so long to reply, I went away mid December and have been away from my computer since then, it was a nice to take a long break from emails, fb etc. But now i am back to work and back in the swing of things. It turns out that on the window frame it was only some protective plastic capping that was damaged which will be removed when the glass gets put in. But have not heard anything about the brick pillar, i wasn't really expecting anything done over the Xmas break. Although the electrician came in sometime between Xmas & New Year and did all the chasing and marking out in preparation for the electrical wiring to go in. ~~Lethe~~ My Baldivis Build: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=67953 Re: Lethe's House - Baldivis, Homebuyers Center: Flute - Roo 43Jan 03, 2014 3:52 pm Some pics of the completed roof frame Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Our Carport Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Front Facade Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ My Baldivis Build: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=67953 Re: Lethe's House - Baldivis, Homebuyers Center: Flute - Roo 44Jan 03, 2014 4:25 pm Looking good Lethe! I have been away too (a break from the computer) good thing about the window! now the roof is now it will start looking like a home. your house is no longer alone, it has a friend next door I see Re: Lethe's House - Baldivis, Homebuyers Center: Flute - Roo 49Jan 21, 2014 5:05 pm Thanks Nicci All the flute homes in my part of the street are going up rather quickly, there was even some brickwork done over Xmas!!! I am guessing that they will all be finished roughly around the same time. Which will be good when we move as it might feel a bit less like a construction zone My Baldivis Build: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=67953 Re: Lethe's House - Baldivis, Homebuyers Center: Flute - Roo 50Jan 22, 2014 5:44 pm Just drove past my place and they are working on the internal render. Our house is one of 8 HBC flute houses in a row (mine being the first to be started) and so there are people on site constantly and some of the trades will go between the different houses doing bits and pieces. I know that we will paint over it eventually You can see the yellow in this pic, now in this room it will be inside the BIR but there are other places (like around our front door) where it will be more obvious especially if we don't get to painting right away.
