We have become friends with our neighbours now (they are lovely) and have sent us pics during the week of some new stuff been done around the house. Our fence polls have been installed. Re: Building with Simonds in SA (LOTS OF PICS) 255Jan 20, 2014 3:50 pm mjmelb Did you organise your concrete through Simonds or seprately? Re: Building with Simonds in SA (LOTS OF PICS) 257Jan 21, 2014 7:23 am May I ask if you had to ask Simonds for the concrete around the house and the alfresco, or did they ask if you wanted it? Re: Building with Simonds in SA (LOTS OF PICS) 258Jan 21, 2014 8:35 am mjmelb May I ask if you had to ask Simonds for the concrete around the house and the alfresco, or did they ask if you wanted it? We weren't asked... we were actually discouraged when we asked about it! Said we could get it done cheaper through a private contractor rather than through them. I think they did it as a "come build with us" The black isn't as dark as we thought but looks amazing and ties in the render, we are liking the render now lol Simonds have always be great and saying "if you want to look for cheaper stuff your more than welcome to" Our flooring was started today, will take some pictures for you all on Thursday My land is 260m2 (10m x 26m) located in claymore NSW.
