I have approx. 150-200 tonne to give away for free - we are having our backyard excavated. We are in Leppington NSW and can arrange delivery for you. Let me know! It's been so long since we did our colour selection in trying to remember what the bricks were supposed to look like. Happy with the colour that's been delivered at least. Then nothing for a few weeks. Our bricks went up super quick. MartinsHarmony - its exciting to see those pegs. Has your build been released into construction ? I hope the rain stays away next week so you guys get more progress! We are slow on the landscaping too due to the weather but inside is nearly done, just waiting for downlights, tiles under the stairs and the couches to arrive. Can't believe it's a month since the move! Still not much movement on the outstanding PCI items M have to do though https://mandgbuildatmulgoarise.wordpress.com/ Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 12090Sep 02, 2016 10:21 am The brickies were due to start today, not likely to happen with today's wet weather. You would think as subbies they would make up for a wet day by working on a dry weekend day, but they seem happy just to lose a day's income due to wet weather and wait for the next dry weekday. Did that also included air con and alarms ? Can't wait to see your choices Gibson - we've had trades over the weekend. I think brickies are in high demand and can work when they want. From our experience roofers are also in high demand and our SS said that painters are also in high demand. Shire_Synergy - what awesome update has your SS got for you this week ? We upgraded the aircon, standard alarm etc , we got the ducted vacuum system with the kick board vac. We upgraded the main bath, and also went with free standing bath in ensuite. http://preludehome.tumblr.com/ Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 12095Sep 02, 2016 5:43 pm S-VE Shire_Synergy - what awesome update has your SS got for you this week ? Haha. I think after last weeks, some people aren't talking to us anymore. This week was not as much progress but we did get the bench tops all installed. We have a site meeting on Tuesday do can't wait to see them. What happens next ? Is it painting or tiling? I have a feeling we have just arrived at the bus stop waiting for a bus load of tilers to arrive, we could be here a while...... https://synergy32.wordpress.com Synergy 32 Contemporary Facade https://synergy32.wordpress.com/ 05/15 Deposit 09/15 Contracts 11/15 Demolition 02/16 Slab 03/16 Frame 05/16 Bricks Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 12096Sep 02, 2016 8:07 pm Lol your SS is pretty good shire synergy.
