Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Anyone building in the Vermont Estate at Pitt Town? 1081Nov 07, 2015 6:38 pm Hi all, we're looking to make the trek from The Ponds to Pitt Town and buy one of those 1/2 acre lots in Riverland... we've built before so we understand what to look out for etc.... just keen to get an idea if there is any planned infrastructure out there... where is your local woollies/coles - is the closest the IGA? any nice cafe's near by, or are the closest one in Windsor? we've seen the kids park area which looks pretty cool - nice an open. we love the idea of a big block but love to get out an about... so keen to know more about the place (from the locals) cheers, Dids Re: Anyone building in the Vermont Estate at Pitt Town? 1082Nov 07, 2015 6:54 pm IGA in Pitt Town. Windsor Or Rouse Hill are the closest bigger shops. The Village Pantry is a great little cafe that has great food and coffee. The local Pizza place is really good as well. Just wanted to share my experience building a pool in Pitt Town. We've been in the Vermont Estate (Bona Vista release) for almost three years now and we love it here.
