Well, finally getting somewhere with all of this. Hope it will do for the next 15 or so years. Bought the block of land back last year which settled in Oct as per the below (800m2 20x40m, NBN, blah, blah) in Trafalgar. CSO told me that the roofing is starting Tuesday, gutting, etc is onsite now too. tnikki - The wife's dad has been in the trade for >35 years and is keeping an eye on things. Do need to address with the SS with what is going to happen with the concrete that run out the back of the garage to the end of the COA (Covered Outdoor Area) as there is a nice ~40cm drop off that is now there as the slab is a little higher than first thought from my point of view. Just means we will prob need to put some sleepers as stairs down to the grass. My flat block (with it's 60cm drop) is not totally flat. S Re: Fairhaven Homes - Franklin 329 - Frame almost done! 20Mar 24, 2014 11:27 am Great progress! Definitely worth having a chat with the SS.
