We have been lucky and nothing on our block. Little bits hear and there in the street but nothing like other areas we have seen. There is a lot of constrction traffic in the area and they have CCTV set up for their equipment which might be keeping people away. Apologies for the perhaps thoughtless comment. That really sucks it appears to be such a constant flow from the leakage too! Hopefully you have a massive bucket aka bathtub/shell/pool to hold all the water until you get a response! That's appalling. Really hoping it all gets sorted quick!!! That's so devestating. Re: Boutique Homes 3079Jan 24, 2017 9:00 pm So Darbecca doesnt check for leaks in pipes and chk if electrical outlets are working etc? --------------------------------------------- Building a St. Tropez 25 - Boutique Homes Aurora Estate Wollert - Victoria Re: Boutique Homes 3080Jan 24, 2017 9:51 pm Jadeypox Ozden86 Jadeypox

Are you sure u really wanna build with Boutique?
No need to apologise as no one knows that till during and after build. Darbecca check for discrepancies and structural faults. It's owners responsibility to check electrical outlets, electrical appliances and leaking pipes. It didn't cross our mind to check the air-conditioning during handover as we got a compliance certificate and we were shown heater was working. Also being winter, wasn't game enough to try air-conditioner. 10 15745 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74702 |
