Please give me few tips for the things need to consider before building this model, possible upgrades ? so on .. Also i am thinking laying timber/bamboo flooring on my self for the all the areas except bedrooms ,kitchen,bathrooms. Can anyone give me indication of pricing for per.sqm for both bamboo and timber flooring ? Also it would be great if someone can recommend me few companies who doing timber flooring based on your experience ?
