Hi Everyone!

My wife and I are building in Point Cook Vic, and are looking for a builder that includes 2700mm ceiling heigh as a standard inclusion. Is anyone building a home with 2700mm ceiling height as a standard inclusion?

I think many builders include this as an upgrade, but either way you will be paying for it. Masterton were charging around $5400 for 2.7m ceilings about 18 months ago. We have 2.7m ceilings in our house now (with a smaller builder) but it wasn't itemised so couldn't say exactly how much we paid.

Indeed. its simply more bricks and more plaster etc. Having it standard would just make you seem dearer than anyone else given the price scales with the size of the house.
