After stalking other members build threads I couldn't help myself in starting my own.

Wow, congratulations!! We had our slab poured just before Christmas - we were lucky to scrape it in by just a few days.

Looking forward to seeing your build progress! I hope its a smooth and hassle free one :)

Fantastic! Love the layout of the bathroom/WC/laundry area. Isn't it exciting to see some actual work happening?!

Will keep watching for updates!

Stopped by our site last night and they are nearly finished boxing it up!
I wonder if it will be too hot to pour tomorrow?

Is it my imagination or is that a really big block?
That plan seems to look a lot bigger than 22 squares - is that what the 22 is implying here?

It's just under 24 squares(but was originally 22). The plans(and the display) make it look huge in comparison to our slab.

Frames half up, the walls are finished just the roof to go up(all the wood is up there ready to go). It's amazing to walk through it for the first time and see the layout!

Congratulations! Must be amazing to walk through your new home rather than just looking at the pen and paper!!

Been a while since I've been on here.

We've had a few hiccups but getting there now.

We've been told there are still quite a few things to do, but we're not 100% on what. Last we saw flooring was done, but still waiting on splash backs, which means electrical can't be done.
Driveway is booked in for the 12th. I assume that's the final thing to be done?

They think PCI should be then end of the month. Not long now!!

Wow I can't believe how fast your Burbank build is. Our works on site started in January and we still don't have a roof on yet! Admittedly ours is two story and larger but even so...!
