Oh well......

Anyhow, Taking on board the builders concerns about the levels, we have revised the plan to hopefully fit in with the real-world requirements.

Major changes in this version compared to the previously posted version include

1) Completely redesigned / reconfigured kitchen / pantry
2) Completely redesigned / reconfigured Study / Lounge
3) Completely redesigned / reconfigured Bed 2 & 3 / Wet areas
4) Completely redesigned / reconfigured hallway ( in conjunction with (3) above
5) Completely redesigned / reconfigured front entry
6) Completely redesigned / reconfigured Main Bedroom.

While we like the Main Bedroom, it "ticks all the boxes" for us, we cannot help but feel that there might be a more efficient / elegant way to achieve our aims.............

A) Inside of bedroom "not visible" when door open
B) "Bed-room" is just for that, the bed. Mrs P_D wants to be able to leave the bed and be able to use bathroom, get dressed, do make-up without needing to re-enter the "bed area"
C) Double shower
D) Separate toilet
E) Two basins

Any thoughts ?

About the Bed 1, or anything else ?

Cheers,

P_D

I've learnt i don't need to rush or stress.... i need to relax and just look for a builder :-)
Don't rush into wasting money on draftys or expensive drawings........this will all come anyway :-)

I've lined up a meeting on the block with a great local builder....on Saturday morning!!!
Wish me luck. :-) I have a good feeling....

I am also organising Nat's week off next week....... nothing but relaxing and of course the NITRO CIRCUS LIVE SHOW!!!!!!! Whoop whoop, Brisbane here we come :-D

Good things to learn.
If you run too fast you won't enjoy the ' now'

Sure, start looking at kitchen colours etc but just look, don't start freaking out...
If you do we will come around and give you a kickin

Nothing you can do now till Saturday, so chill, enjoy your family...look forward to the circus and know you are now on the right path re what you want. That took me 3 yrs!!!
So 6 weeks is really good!!!
Well done :z:

YAAAAAAAAAY!

Absolutely.. . the builders get massive discounts with their drafties. . . repeat business.

I think you'll know your builder when you find them. . . it'll be love at first quote!

I am getting to know you all....... I HATE that you are all so far away..... but I listen to each and every one of you....
even if I don't always acknowledge the amazing, brilliant, genius ideas you have.......

:-)

I'm just finding my confidence and it's all thanks to YOU guys!!!!!!

We are now in the world of backhoes and bobcats....... pulling ironbarks and ghost gums out. We will be piling them all in a big stack and we'll have a big bonfire!!! With permission from the local fire warden of course :-)

Big night that will be!!!

Camping on the block with a huge bonfire...... :-D adventures all round.
