My Land registers in a few weeks. After meant to of registered last year. Finally! Now I've contacted the builder to see what the next process is and a timeframe once registered for the build to start. They said they need to test the soil and survey reports to add to the plan and a typical timeframe is 2.5 months.... This seems extremely long for a build to even begin. What time have others waited for build to start? I'm going to talk to someone higher up about this. I had to wait 6 months after my land registered to start building.... have you already gone through Home option Gallery and signed contracts yet??
