I have secured a block in Allura, Truganina and in the process of selecting a builder. There is a lot of variance in terms of what builders are charging as site costs. For a 26 sq house i have been quoted 10,600, 14000 and 16000.
Would anyone mind sharing what you have paid for site costs?

Has your land titled yet?
If your land has titled and you can get a fixed site cost, from Henley you will get 16k.
In my case, my land hasnt titled and I build very close to easement so Henley wouldnt give me a fixed site cost. I have to wait until my land title to get the soil test and then get the site cost.
