Booooo.......

Hello ladies,
Thanks heaps for the congrats we are so happy, little fella has made friends next door and also a little girl across the road. He starts prep on Monday which he is so so excited about he just wants to meet all the kids and play.

Just one question........ Do the boxes ever end??? I swear our stuff multiplied in those containers from Sydney lol.

The car across the road parked on the phone pit moved this morning so all going well we should have WIFI by mid/ late next week which means loads of photos for those pic piggies

Xx

Hey Eiffel,
How are you?? 8)

DS is loving school and i have meet 2 amazing mums as well who are also new to BM so it's great.

Also landed a casual job with the CFA so settling in well and getting to people and the area. Life is 110% different, no shops and life is at a snails pace and i LOVE it :D I ventured down to Watergardens today and it reminded me why we decided to live where we are....
DH is working with my dad for now helping him out on building sites, his looking but his still a little unsure what he wants to do after 11 years of being told what to do ::sleep::
Some days it hits me that i'm back in Melbourne and i just cry (Happy tears) other days i'm just so overwhelmed by all the mud and stuff to do around the house i cry... because yet again i have to mop and wash the floors from the mud :::

With regards to the blind i can NOT speak more highly of Tom from Dymon Blinds : 0437 88 33 88 or tom@dymondblinds.com.au. We had quotes from both V & K and they where all around $6k on sale Tom came in at just over $3k for the exact same thing, and he come to measure and personaly installs as well. He threw in our laundry blind for free as we wheren't going to get one and when he can to install he surprised me. A super awesome guy who really cares for his clients. He also told us things the other big two players didn't bother. With D/N blinds as they sit in the frame you have a 7mm gap around them so he suggested that we put the day on the inside and place the night on the outside so that we had no sunlight bleeding in the mornings/ day.

Wow - your landscaping looks like you have got off to a great start......do I see a 'Baby Bacchus landscaping thread' starting??

That is such a fantastic price for your blinds.....not sure your guy would come all the way over this side of town....but at those prices it is definitely worth asking the question!!!

Take it easy - enjoy being in your own home and discovering your new surroundings...... :D
