We are going to have a swimming pool built prior to house construction commencement.
While the swimming pool contractor clear the site ,I am considering to do cleaning and leveling the whole site as well prior to the house builder commence their slab work; is this excercise will upset the pre-determined FFL(Finished Floor Level)?

The drive of this idea is to minimize the extra cost for cut & fill work(500mm)/rock removal which will be charged by the builder .

what is the rule of thumb for the rebate height between the level of swimming pool and its paving relatives to the Slab FFL?

If you have a builder I would consult with them directly on this
