Hi, has anyone had neagative or postive dealings with cavalier homes? We are like one of their designs but dont know much about them |

As with all "chain" builders you can have good and bad experiences. There was one forumer here in Newcastle who built with the local office. Their build seem to have no major issues and was a pretty quick build. I also have an old customer who built with the same office around 8yrs ago and again no issues - loved the house and the builders from what I can recall. Also JohnnyD built with them in Sydney and her house is gorgeous. |

It depends which office you choose as they are all franchised so each business owner is different. I have been building my home through the Lyndhurst office (eastern suburbs Melbourne) and so far my experience has been very positive - we are about 4 weeks from handover. I like the fact that you have direct contact with your builder rather than having to go through a bunch of different head office staff to get any answers. As I said though I think it would depend on which office you chose. |
