OOOh very nice plan! Looks great... looking forward to sharing your build! We're starting in August so nearly around the same time! (That's if our land settles by then! It was supposed to settle the last week in Jan...)

No.. different estate all together.... but everywhere I look at the moment EVERYONE's blocks are delayed... these developers must really have a look at their timelines!!!!

Yay more Descanso / Aubin grove people!!
Is it too early to say lets have a bbq on the new oval being built.
I had a look at stage 10 and there is a little shortcut too! glad they decided not to join the road up!
Yer I am stoked for the shortcut, that was the reason we went for the block we did, without the shortcut it would be a pain to get to the oval/primary school... Have you been out there lately? Is there a road round descanso loop yet?

Guys,
Welcome! We'll be close by - have just had a slab pour and bricks delivered to our place right at Stage 5 (backing onto 9). It's nice to speak with a few people who'll be in the same area

Yes i went to look at my/our block on the weekend, and indeed there is now a road poured on descanso loop so you can park right in front of your block!
the retaining walls are also up!
exciting!
cant wait to join that sports club, 1 min walk, literally!
