Hi all,

Newbie here. Just put down deposit on block of land at Warner Lakes. Exciting time for us. Its been 25 years since we had a new home. I now need to look at a builder. I am interested in any good recommendations for builders who have built in the estate or even some things to be aware of building in this development.
