well done phoenix . i had to go and pick up our drawings too .pd said they were sending them in the post but never got them .

We have also been told that we are going to site on the 7th! I'm still waiting for solid confirmation but CANT WAIT.

we're still waiting on our site start, in fact we haven't heard anything yet...

after seeing how fast our neighbours house has gone up (with Adenbrook) we are starting to question our decision of going with H3nley/Plantation Homes.....

And today, another step closer.....sort of.....

We picked up our copy of the construction drawings today... Just about everything seems in order - but to make sure we will spend the weekend scouring over them to make 100% certain that everything has been drawn up as we want it.....

We recieved :
Site Plan
Floor Plan
Elevations
Electrical
Interiors
Interior Detail
Slab

But are you supposed to get plumbing drawings as well????
Not sure on that one.....

Ness and I hope to have the titles ready to be released for the 7th also... yippeeeee

Yeah and then about 10 x more....
So far we've found a few little things - like power point for our new washing machine (underbench) shoul dbe at 700mm high not 400mm, but mainly the little things....

The 40mm benchtop for the island bench is on there too - thank goodness - dont want any issues with that!!!!!!

Also we have 3 lots of double doors in the house and one of each of them has the option of being a fixed door. So little things like checking which door we want to be locked and that t heya re correct on the drawings- silly stuff i suppose but would p us right off when we move in and it's wrong!!!

Because I was thinking of doing it (esp. on our blog), but don't know if I would be in trouble if I post it online.

Hi VJ, some members have already posted copies of their plans on the forum and blogs. I'm sure you'll hear from your builder if there are any issues.
