Yeah... It's stupid. Why wouldn't anyone not want higher ceiling in the pantry without extra cost is beyond me.

The plan is interesting... is this a display house? I don't remember seeing the name in the list of displays - but with my memory playing games lately anything is possible I misread OwnHome quoting Lis that she's building in Helena Valley and assumed that they would be neighbours - hehehehe - then proceeded to ask OH to start a thread - of course OH had a thread for some time... so in conclusion it's scary!!

So the pantry ceiling is definitely at 25c?

Land is only like 478sqm and the Pisa is a non-display plan that was modified till what it is now.

Default 25c but we got them to confirm it will be 28c in the plan notes that was cropped out of the pic you see.

Yeah it sits in the Tbar above the garage and will later be changed to a sensor flood light.

Have you had prestart?

Trying to finalise it cause the drafties and the PC keep drawing something different to what we asked at prestart meeting. and not helping resolve our issue with the pantry door and us client had to think of a solution ourselves who is not in the industry.

So was it just the door height vs the light fitting that was the problem with the door, or was there more to it?

Was the height needed to put tall stuff in the top shelf and also in Linen1 next to pantry for the Alarm... Needed the height to fit it in the top.

I still don't understand what was the issue with the pantry ceilings - I just asked the girl at pre-start to note on our plans and had no problems. Wonder why they gave you such a hard time.

We didn't realise until after the meeting but was before the pricing coming back for the seletion picked at prestart. We emailed and she said she was not sure if it was possible and may have to go for pricing.

Plus it's stupid to have it at 25c... why would anyone want it at 25c when you have ceiling at 28c default

Oh yes.. I have all the pics of the selection now. I just need to organise it by rooms in word and save as pics to post.

We have the Vienna Graphite on our roof.. looks good Are you getting matt or gloss?

What the? are you telling me they don't come two tone and we have an option? if so I will be going to gloss if it doesn't cost any extra.

I thought the gloss one is Onyx.

Had another look. Don't scare me like that. Don't want another tussle with the PC about what she did not tell me.

The Onyx as DAH calls the glossy one is like 3K upgrade so settled for the std 2 tone graphite.

Does the Nougart have the bling factor in it or was that another one.

I also noticed a few went for fools gold glass splashback too.

What I forgot to add in is the window frame colour which is charcoal? And Changed the front door bolt to concealed ones like in the alumninun doors. Security folks recommended them for double doors.
