Hi Guys,

Looking for recommendations for custom builders in the Geelong region, there are so many to pick from, i guess past experience (good or bad) counts.
After someone that is fairly priced, good customer service and flexible

Any recommendations?

We are going through the process with Hotondo at the moment and they have been fantastic so far. I say so far as we are only at pre build stage due to our land not titling until October.

They do custom builds, our builder worked with us on what we wanted although ours was pretty easy as we loved one of the plans they have and we altered that as required to suit our sloping, slightly narrow block. Nothing has been too hard for them in terms of getting prices and answering any questions we have. They are more expensive then the big builders but in terms of quality and standard inclusions we believe it is worth it. We have spoken to people we know in the area that are/have built with them and they have had nothing but good things to say also.

We have basically done all that is needed so far to be ready to build just waiting on the land so from that limited time I would recommended them.
