Looking great Donski, did you get an independent inspector at any stage to go over the place? We're just waiting back on Henley to see when we're allowed to have one go over the place. Oh and then we have to find a good one to use. Just keep getting told make sure you get your own inspector by everyone.

We're still about 2 weeks away from you still. QA was supposed to be done some time last week.

Looking great. Good luck with your re-inspection. Hopefully they have everything fixed by then. We took handover without a few things being fixed, and 2 months later, we're still waiting on them to come out and fix them. We have now booked them to come on 14th March to fix the PCI items, and then I guess they'll be back very soon after to do 3 month maintenance.

So when do you move in?? Looking forward to hear what the next steps are.

We have been told it's booked in with the handover dept. we just don't know any more details than that.

You can only laugh or shoot someone, we looked through the window on the weekend and they put down the completely wrong floorboards it was kind of a light pine/oak and nothing like Jarrah. So they're ripping them up as we speak.

Still waiting for a resolution to our mortar issue also. Apparently the mix they used was wrong. Henley offered a solution, however our QA guy said that's and 'alternate' solution and does not meet the building code and Australian standard. So currently waiting on more info or they have to rip down the bricks, or rake out 20mm and re-fill or render the whole place. :::
