See , now you have an identity.

Your the one with the massive walk in pantry , The bar recess , The really clever storage space in the garage , that likes to snack when working cos the office is right next to the fridge in the kitchen. ::lol::

I like it , kids rooms away from adults zones, double vanity in ensuite , Im gonna guess waterfall benchtop in stone. Keep up the good work.

OwnHome,
I love your design. I love it all.... I especially love the niche at the entry. After all these years of wanting a niche I'm finally getting one too. It adds interest and makes the entry special.

I'm extremely jealous of the huge linen cupboards and the garage storage. Alas, we're meant to be 'down-sizing'. I now have to get RID of junk.

Good luck and I'll look forward to watching your dream come together.

We are getting WRJ900US Westinghouse fixed range hood. Is this any good. Cost wise, its less than the canopies ...
Any suggestions??

Have you heard anything from the bank as to why it's taking so long?
Fingers crossed that it happens this week :)

Did I read you paid 5K for stormwater drains and soakwells ?

How mant SQM's UMR have you got and what did they install ? the big concrete ones or the individual ones and what sizes ? I still need to put one in my driveway ( over 150 sqm inlcuding crossover )
