I am writing to see how many people are building at the 'Coast' in Seaford Rise and to do my own little thread. We currently have a block on hold and are waiting to hear back from our bank to get the go ahead to build our home & land package with Hickinbotham.
Just wondering how many people if any are building with Hickies and/or are building the Preston? We are hoping to build the Preston with some modifications and without any hassels.

Thanks Cooped.
I really like your plan. Love the robes in the main bedroom. huge family room.
Very nice frame. Congratulations on progress. Hopefully they'll have done something else soon.
I too am loving the main bedroom robes.. Am looking at some pendant lights to make it a little glam!
I am trying to find our contact guy/gal at Hickinbotham who is looking after us to ask the same questions as you 'what's happening next'. I would love to know when our roof will be on!

No worries. I find it reduces my frustration, having some idea when things will happen. It sure beats going there expecting that they will have done something, and finding that they haven't. Now I know not to expect anything until next week.

Hi Lucene
Thanks, the Preston won our hearts straight away. With 2 kids we need the room & the storage. We only just visited the display house Sunday just gone - fell in love over again... I must say I have been to your thread a couple of times. I love the downlights you have put in. I certainly wish we had put more in - ohwell, maybe later! I also love the open flow through the kitchen/dining/lounge!
Hope you get some progress on Friday xx
