Just thought id update you all, there isnt much happening because im still waiting on final costs to come back to me... i keep asking for upgrades costs...
I thought there was no harm in asking till I was told that I have to have my slab down in 6months from signing the contract or I dont get the homebuyers grant. EEK
So now its back to saving and getting this sorted by the end of the week (or early next week) then it gets submitted to the shire - more waiting

does anyone know the costs to do this?
We went to http://www.stratco.com.au to get our alfresco roof that looks like the one you have pictured. For a custom made DIY kit (5.5 metres x 4.5 metres) we were quoted $4300 for the roof only (ie includes all fittings as required, but not the flooring - we will be using pavers that we already have). Like I said though, that's DIY, so if you wanted someone to install it that would be extra again. Stratco have a DIY kit that is 6m x 3m for $2600 but it is a little more plain and didn't fit where we wanted it to go.
Nic.

Ok, so today i went to see my CS and did the finals for the prestart - I should call it prestart meeting2 - longover due!
Decided on:
Mirror robes in the bedrooms Matt Silver trims and Matt Silver window Trims Pearl Basins in ensuite & bathroom Standard door handles in Polished silver Cappuccino vistapavers for driveway & alfresco Upgraded the handles in ensuite/bathroom & Kitchen Alto Mixers throughout the house shower spouts to the side so i can change to hand held rails after H/O SS feat tile in ensuite, no feat in bathroom. Floor/Wall tiles as previous WA White for eaves - thankgod i could change it from 50% magnolia! (Im not a fan of cream) Surfmist Tuscan garage and roller door. Surfmist gutter, facia etc Silver Luste windows Standard M&B Madley front door in surfmist Austral Collie Bricks and rolled mortar (just to remind myself)

Haha really? CS agreed with the bedpan basin
I agree - I feel bad that i emailed them soo much! Glad its sorted now tho. Just waiting on the price for the pearl basin
phoenixrain - The eaves are painted 50% magnolia, where as the alfresco is WA White (as is everything else) They do it because it hides the dirt more but I think WA White looks better because it matches. If i didnt know about that, it would have been the first thing I would have picked on because strangly, im always looking at roofs.
I decided capp was better than charcoal and silver - saw it on someones driveway and it didnt feel right. Plus ive decided against boarder colour because im going to extend the alfresco later - so the pavers will flow better.
Mirror robes for B2&B3 were $263 total, well worth it because they make the room bigger.
And thankyou Ive been trying to find what you are choosing but all i could find was your were thinking about linea laminate? Or am I blind?
Eww. I am so changing to WA White. Didn't even know.
We also changed from the charcoal and silver to cappucino with a charcoal border for the driveway. It would look different from our neighbours too. And we have grano for our porch and alfresco as we will be tiling those after handover.
We didn't decide on the mirror robes because I despise cleaning and the fact that I will probably scare myself in the middle of the night. But you're right, it does make the room bigger.
Haven't got a thread yet. A bit time poor, lack of broadband and procrastination lol. We changed our mind about the Mushroom Linea for the kitchen cupboards, went with Stipple Seal instead.
