We are building the masterton Havanna and are now getting rather excited as this is our first house. I spoke with SS and he stated that my frame is set for delivery on the 03rd of Dec, completely erected by 04th Dec, and have bricks and a roof by xmas. Your slab should be real soon. How was your draw down handled for the slab payment..... Did Masterton contact you to organise the payment or did the bank and masterton organise everything and you simply sign the withdrawl slip???
