Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 02, 2009 7:27 pm Hi all, just got the call, my building contract is ready to be signed tomorrow!! I was feeling very organised and in control but of course now it is "panic stations!" I have started a little list with a few questions to remember and i have read my prestart file many times just wondering if there is anything u wished u had asked or known to ask at my stage. Im getting worried about signing my life away and confused about what I should be seeing in writing, thanks in advance, shan Re: contract signing tomorrow... last minute query! 2Jul 02, 2009 8:34 pm shan Hi all, just got the call, my building contract is ready to be signed tomorrow!! Re: contract signing tomorrow... last minute query! 3Jul 02, 2009 8:43 pm Hi Shan I am sure that you have the contract at home already? If not you might want to collect it tomorrow and bring it home to read and check. It is too much paperwork to read through it in office and presence of other people. We took the contract and relating paperwork home and made an appointment for signing a fortnight later. Good luck !
