I dont know which to choose cause I know I dont really need the games room and I can add an Alfresco after handover, but Im thinking in terms of resale. Do people think the house will be worth less, the same or more (doubtful) with an Alfresco instead of a games room? The house already has a theatre room, small study, activity room, and then the family and dining rooms... What does everyone think????
