I'm looking for recommendations for home builders in the Hamptons style in the Hornsby LGA, for two storey builds on battle-axe blocks.

Simeon, from Ashington homes is great, toke the time to speak to my family and showed some current projects in person.
But if you have time but a smaller budget, look into a volume builder.

I'm also building the HSC @ Pennant Hills.

Firstly thank you to all the kind comments here.

Now to answer your question, it comes down to what budget you have. New South homes who are based at Hornsby on the Pacific Highway are really good at building on tough sites and I was driving down Bobbin Head road this morning and I saw a Hamptons Style design they are building. Looked quite nice.

So that might tick both boxes for you.

If your budget extends to a custom home builder, then I would be more than happy to talk to you.

But I would genuinely start with New South and see if you like them.
