Is this waterproofing done correctly?
The tiler plans to install aluminium angle just before starting tiling and right now my concern is if this is done correctly or not?

You are correct it is not compliant. The waterstop must be incorporated into the membrane both on the floor and at each end. It can't just be fixed to the floor with a bit of silicon. The angle should be sealed to the floor with an adhesive, like sika, then the membrane is to be applied to the floor and over the foot of the angle. Where the angle meets the door jambs it needs to be sealed at the junction and the membrane on the walls continue from the wall onto the waterstop angle. This way you have a continuous waterproof system across the opening. The sections under the jamb that haven't been waterproofed MUST be filled and waterproofed Is it filled with an ANGLE or what? You need to get an inspector or contact the supplier of the waterproofing product and ask them to inspect. In brief The dry thickness looks to be to thin, The band floor/wall junction is non continuous Their doesn't appear to be a bond breaker, You have not wetstop at the door, The jambs & architraves even though they are chewed off at the base, they are still in the zone that the screed will be, therefore wicking water up the jamb/archi rotting them, finally if the tiler thinks this is good enough, then if he has a license??? he shouldn't!!!
