Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 04, 2023 4:13 pm I am currently building a home with a residential builder. The plumbers have deepened the stormwater system as it was not deep enough when they initially did it which obviously lead to some breaks in the pipes. The builder has charged me $11,111 as they found 45m3 of rock during the works. I was not made aware of any of these costs and was a bit shocked at receiving this bill. Do I have a case against paying this? I would really appreciate any advice.
