The weather was pretty bad so hoping that we get some more foot traffic next week! Probably everyone was off pokemon hunting in other areas as there's absolutely no pokemons around our area! Hope it goes well, was the advertisement out for a whole week? Second Build, this time with Carlisle 2016, can't wait! Hoping that it will attract a few more buyers Re: Building H M Q3 804Jul 29, 2016 11:16 am Another open house tomorrow! I fingers and toes are crossed and hoping for a better turn out than last week! Re: Building H M Q3 806Jul 31, 2016 5:35 pm mirz All the best mate with open day and sale Thanks Mirz, however another horrible turn out, the buyers seem to be holding out Re: Building H M Q3 808Jul 31, 2016 7:08 pm stayxtrue mirz All the best mate with open day and sale Thanks Mirz, however another horrible turn out, the buyers seem to be holding out /quote] Hang in there.... we literally had 6 opens with no one coming through. It was pretty heartbreaking considering the amount of effort you go into to make sure everything looks good. We finally got there (unfortunately we had to change agent in doing so)... we took 3 months to sell then another 2 months for settlement Second Build, this time with Carlisle 2016, can't wait! Pls keep patience alive, and hang on there Re: Building H M Q3 810Aug 01, 2016 9:42 am Thanks guys, we are definitely keeping patient and our fingers crossed. we have decided to go to a premier listing to try and get more buys in the door and also another dop in price, our agent is actually really good, the issue is none of the agents in the area have had much luck. Our agent has been stressing a lot over it and didnt even sleep all weekend!! He has also decided to do an open on saturday and sunday to try and attract even more buyers! He is going above and beyond to get us sold! Re: Building H M Q3 811Aug 08, 2016 3:54 pm Who thought selling a house would be this stressful No one coming to our open houses, the whole area is experiencing it, none of the real estate agents are having luck Re: Building H M Q3 812Aug 10, 2016 4:30 pm Well our agent asked us to trust him and drop the price dramatically and then he wil be able to work his way up to our price... Since it dropped at about 1pm his phone has been going hot and emails coming in from everywhere! So I guess its working! Now we just need to wait till saturday and hopefully we sell for what we want! Hoping we can wrap it up and sell it very soon Re: Building Monaco Q3 815Sep 06, 2016 9:13 am We still havent sold but we are not in a hurry anymore as we now have a block that wont title until June 2017 so we have plenty of time, however we would much rather sell it sooner rather than later!
