Has anyone got public liability insurance for their vacant land? Our solicitor suggested we get it from the time of settlement. If so which insurer did anyone go with? Thanks! At the council map 'BCC map' it's show Turrallo Circuit, but you are right! I can't see the sign as well, we should know by settlement day from our solicitor, my one is coming Friday Re: Grange Avenue Schofields - Burawa Rise Development 757Mar 06, 2016 12:01 pm skyler I'm not sure too if it's bridge st or west parade. Thanks for the photos, champ! A bit worried though with the formwork already removed. Thought it's 1-2 days after slab pour. Prior to the development it was Bridge Street (T intersection at bridge). Since the development it is West Parade (explains the Bridge Street bend onto the bridge and the stop sign). RMS intent is to join West Parade (currently ends other side of Hebe Farm) with your side to make a bypass to avoid the Garfield Road rail crossing lights. Re: Grange Avenue Schofields - Burawa Rise Development 758Mar 06, 2016 12:04 pm Ripboy Finally I can experience how bad of the traffic from Grange Ave to turn right to Railway Pde, at this time of the day can take up to 10 mins Railway Terrace - should ease when they open up the Schofields Road underpass though not sure as to what it will be like with the RMS intent to fit traffic lights at the bridge. Any information around this is appreciated.
