I'm curious ... once the gyprock has been put in, how does the electrician know the exact location of where the powerpoints are if the gyprock is now covering them??

Re: Who else is building at Oran Park? 5882Jun 25, 2016 7:26 pm mikegrg1 Hi Peeps, I am new to the group and just got my land registered 10F this month. I just have a quick question regarding FOG(First home buyers grant). As I am a first home buyer and was expecting to get $10,000 as FOG but since the bank is telling me that the land value has gone up and when they add the bank value with the construction price, i will be over $750,000 cap. I was confused whether $750,000 cap applies to the bank valuation for land or the purchase price that i paid? Would love to get some advice on this. Mike Hi, I am a licensed conveyancer so have dealings with this, to determine if someone is legible for any rebates or concessions with stamp duty/FHOG, it is always determined on the purchase price noted on your contract for sale. You should speak to your solicitor/conveyancer to clarify that v Re: Who else is building at Oran Park? 5883Jun 25, 2016 8:32 pm Amanda83 mikegrg1 Hi Peeps, I am new to the group and just got my land registered 10F this month. Next, for claiming the house and landscaping rebate, do we need the stamped plans from Alen O'Rielly? I called up OPT and they told me that if anytime in future we want to claim the rebate, we would need the plans which were stamped by Alen. I wanted to confirm from the people already living in OPT, do you have stamped plans from Alen and this is what you had submitted to OPT for rebate? And from where did you guys get those plans, builder/ architect etc? Cheerio OB! Re: Who else is building at Oran Park? 5897Jun 30, 2016 3:32 pm You don't need any stamped plans. Just submit your form to OPT, the developer will come around, look at the front and maybe look over the side fence and that's it. $395 Fixed Priced Landscape Plans for DA M: 0435 127 244 | W: bluegumdesign.com.au | E: info@bluegumdesign.com.au Residential | Commercial | Industrial Re: Who else is building at Oran Park? 5898Jun 30, 2016 3:33 pm Brahma Bull You don't need any stamped plans.
