The windows company (Wideline) dont make them without the bars (maybe they can't design properly)? If should of design the frame thicker so it can support the weight @Orph Build thread: viewtopic.php?t=78328 Home Furniture: viewtopic.php?t=80551 Technology Hub: viewtopic.php?t=83663 Landscape Design: viewtopic.php?t=80645 Orpheus Building the Metricon Glendale 38|Sydney Re: Dream Metricon Glendale 38 (Sydney)! 4702Mar 24, 2017 6:42 pm How does it look in the display homes? My cuz had one in her house on bronte beach that she reno'd and they've got one in their new place at Potts point. I love it. Re: Dream Metricon Glendale 38 (Sydney)! 4706Mar 26, 2017 7:14 pm So I went to the display homes in Kellyville and the M homes don't have any flyscreens so I couldn't compare. I also looked into the downpipe issue and saw a few houses (not just M) with DPs not being painted all the way around . We're getting one free of charge from M. They used to provide a separate water tap, but now it's a little switch on the faucet and it will switch between mains water and filtered water. We thought about this too: 1. I noticed under our bench there was no filtration unit at all. So not sure if we received this item. I remembered Mona had the filtered water unit installed for her house too. 2. Should I ask my SM about it? @Orph Build thread: viewtopic.php?t=78328 Home Furniture: viewtopic.php?t=80551 Technology Hub: viewtopic.php?t=83663 Landscape Design: viewtopic.php?t=80645 Orpheus Building the Metricon Glendale 38|Sydney Re: Dream Metricon Glendale 38 (Sydney)! 4710Mar 26, 2017 11:01 pm Orpheus nomnomnom Orpheus [quote="Neville S"][quote="Orpheus"]Would love to get one of these for kitchen bench but at $2k it's a bit steep... Re: Dream Metricon Glendale 38 (Sydney)! 4720Mar 27, 2017 4:48 pm We also had the water filter installed via Metricon - I assumed this is standard as we didn't specially request it?? It's called the WFA water filter system. Australian Standards Watermark Certified and NFS International approved for the removal of particles down to a micron in size – including giardia and cryptosporidium. The filter system also removes chlorine, sediment, rust, lead, asbestos fibres, bad tastes, odours from the water supply as well as reducing lime scale build up. Definitely worth asking about! Could just be an oversight that it's not included??
