Yay. Congrats. My biggest tip would be to include everything possible that you think you might want...every upgrade etc then you can take things out if u are not happy with price. It is much easier than including things after. We found that a number of things we included in our tender had gone up by the time we got to colour selections. Had we have included them after tender as variations we would have been up for so much more.
Yes I agree. Include everything now. Our experience was the sales consultant said 'they will do that at your colour appointment', however, that was not the case and then things were missed and the following email chain created extensive delays in the tender process. Now in the build we are chasing things to be corrected as the messy paper trail, assisted by poor communication, can lead to mistakes being made and then needed to be rectified adding time to the build.
