I have the torquay facade as well, but with a modified front window. Haha yeah, i wanted the burleigh originally but it went up too much in price between initial consultation and tender and they wouldnt budge. The torquay looks almost exactly like the burleigh anyway! You can see it clearly with the naked eye. Surely that's going to be difficult to fix ? He also didn't realise our tiling in the bathroom is to be ceiling height so the cornice in there still need to come back off. Also going to sus out for us if we can add that extra bit of tiling in the toilet. You havevcauggt up to me nearly. They are certainly moving along quickly now. And it looks fantastic. You have a very similar look as mine, especially the dark ensuite. Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck.
