Just keep in mind that the inspectuons anz are doing are probably valuatuons to protect their intrests not yours. Any stages you want inspected you should be engaging your own inspector who is there to look after you not the bank or builder.

You can get a third at water proofing stage but i was told not necessary so only got 2 done Re: Building At Edmondson Park 3286Feb 10, 2017 4:46 pm Anyone did their driveway after handover in Bardia side? Did you have to employ a licensed concreter? It seems the licensed guys are toi busy to do my job, I have found a guy who has done decent job for someone in Liverpool side of EdPark. But he does not have concreting license though have insurance and stuff. My question is does Campbelltown council require the trade needa to be licensed? I am asking cause I saw in the vehicle cross over application thats a requirement. I recently made the mistake of using Primo Concreting his name is Steven Costello The licence number he gave me was incorrect and unlicenced. He doesnt know what his doing and didnt submit to council correctly. also he has dumped his garbage on my front lawn. Im now pursing him in the small claims court to recover lost money His ripped off alot of people around Liverpool, glenfield and abbotsbury Re: Building At Edmondson Park 3292Feb 21, 2017 6:57 pm Hi guys, anyone know about how many days will take for getting construction certificate after DA approved from council? Thanks in advance We built with Casaview and are pretty satisfied with the build quality. Had no communication issues and they were very prompt with their correspondence and upfront with costs. Lily is getting good reviews too and seem like a decent builder. My relative in the same area has built with Bluetongue Homes and they were great from start. Re: Building At Edmondson Park 3298Feb 28, 2017 6:08 pm Hi ozyboy84 How did you go with the acoustic report? Did you have to get one yourself? My lot is on Wakeling Drive - part of the QVC development; right behind the rail corridor. I am keen to know the cost of acoustic report and any additional expenses to comply such as double glaze windows and acoustic insulation. Thanks Sajeer Re: Building At Edmondson Park 3299Mar 01, 2017 8:31 am hi everyone, first home buyer here. Looking to buy a block of land in Bardia, NewBreeze. The land we are interested in is released in April, we were told in Sales Office that there is a chance for land to be sold out within one... hour?! There will be around 30 block in this release. Wanted to know your ideas/ stories of buying a land, do you think the land is that popular now? Did you have to camp next to the Sales Office to secure a block of land? Is it true that the land can be sold out that quick? Or is this just a selling strategy to warm up the buyers? Would appreciate your input! Thanks!
