Yes I just got the email too. I just spoke to them a couple of weeks ago and they said May-June for 15A

We just signed our contract which has that we need to be in construction by mid November. I don't see that happening if the land registers in August.

Sorry to hear that Jenifer. If they register in August, you might be able to start in November with land being flattened. Wisdom usually needs 4 months after land registration but if u push them, you might be able to do it within 3 months. Are you going with council or CDC?

CDC but I'm not optimistic we will be ready in 3 months. Not much we can do about it. Just have to wait and see how it all plays out.

Wisdom charge the price difference between when we locked in the tender and the current price list. At a minimum I think it will be $16K

Just went to Willowdale office and I was told that stage 15A is still on track for July release but 15B is delayed until Aug-Sept due to weather.

Oh that's good news. I emailed the customer service team to ask what happened and why such a long gap between 14 and 15 but I doubt I will get an answer for ages with all the holidays.

I just got an email saying the 15A update last week was wrong, we are on track for June-July registration. It looked like an email that went to everyone. Can't wait for our walk the lot event so that we finally get to meet our neighbours and find out what they're planning to build!

A Facebook group for Willowdale neighbours has started up.
Also is anyone building in 15a near the proposed dog park. We are building on lot 1588 and are hoping to meet our neighbours.
