Re: Dream Metricon Glendale 38 (Sydney)! 2726Jul 07, 2016 8:39 pm Kylz the sitting room corner butt window is one piece whereas the windows in the leisure room is actually 4 windows placed in a corner position to look like one piece. Re: Dream Metricon Glendale 38 (Sydney)! 2729Jul 08, 2016 11:42 am gandn How many courses of bricks is the front pillars now and how many are on the plan Orph? Not sure what could be done about the brick part between the window now that its done, especially if its load bearing? The brickies added another 2 courses of bricks so the total height now is now 1.1m. Our glass balustrade is 1m height so I 5hink the pillar is still too short (maybe 1 more course needed). I will have to go to the display home on sat to make some measurements. My plans show a square metal pole in the corner to support the load. @Orph Build thread: viewtopic.php?t=78328 Home Furniture: viewtopic.php?t=80551 Technology Hub: viewtopic.php?t=83663 Landscape Design: viewtopic.php?t=80645 Orpheus Building the Metricon Glendale 38|Sydney Re: Dream Metricon Glendale 38 (Sydney)! 2730Jul 08, 2016 6:35 pm It's not good they are making such structural mistakes Orph. The top view diagram does show a metal pole (should be painted in white) which would integrate well with the windows?
