Just wanted to ask you about your retaining wall as I know you had to do yourself. Coral originally had ours included but in our contract(haven't signed yet) its saying they can't include due to additional walls (due to our changes) no idea what they are talking about ???? lol Anyhow just wanted to ask if you would recommend the guy you used? and if yes could I please get their details for a quote and chat. Also just be careful with your plant (looks awesome) but if it def is devils Ivy its poisonous to dogs (we have a new puppy and so Ive been having to google everything as he's a plant eater) . See thats funny that coral even offered to do your retaining walls as they flat out refused for us! Im happy about ut though cos based on their other sh!tty trades id say it wouldnt have gone well anyway. We used Jack from Clearview Landscapes for our walls - id HIGHLY recommend him!! Awesome price and quality job.. so easy to deal with and nothing is ever a problem!! Actually he has been back at our place this week working on our front retaining walls Thanks Ryalls will give him a call as I'm not even sure where it's to go? They were only going to do a pine one which we weren't that keen on anyhow so prob for the best you should be getting commission off all your trades your sharing with us Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Post handover journey :) 2663Feb 16, 2017 1:37 pm Ryalls_first_build BrownDog77 Hey Ryalls I hope you survived the heat this past weekend? Lol But abit of commission wouldn't go astray Does it say where the retaining wall should go on the plans? Coral gave us plans with where they wanted the wall and jack just worked from there. _________________________ Building the Noosa 26 with Coral Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80794 Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Post handover journey :) 2665Feb 17, 2017 1:04 pm Feel like the house is slowly coming together.. still trying to give it that homely feel.. which is hard!! My girls are 5 & 7 and have never had an issue... oh and my 2 nearly 3 year old niece can climb onto them herself. I think they are a great cheap option till the kids stop wiping their hands on everything lol _________________________ Building the Noosa 26 with Coral Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80794 Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Post handover journey :) 2679Feb 17, 2017 8:39 pm MrsJM Looks gorgeous!!
