How exciting Re: Redink Midwest First Time Builders - LOCK UP 267Dec 07, 2015 2:27 pm Exciting news! as i previously posted all internal doors and shelving has been done, this wasn't actually due to start until tomorrow and then SS moved it to today but the carpenter decided to smash it out over the weekend (score) i asked SS what was planned before christmas break...cabinets are due tomorrow tiles delivered Thursday (tiler will start next week, saw his wife at work) grano for garage hopefully on the 14th? Unfortunately painter isn't gonna be available before christmas so our ceilings wont be painted until next year. I promised myself i wouldn't ask for a date until we reached lock up and now we are locked up i asked....providing everything goes well KEYS EARLY TO MID FEB!!!! So excited we were thinking march / april when work first started. Our ensuite tiles havent arrived yet but everything else has arrived and ready to go. Bath, vanities and showers need to be bricked then waterproofing so tiles wont actually be laid until Tuesday he said.
