Thanks in advance. PCI is supposed to be final walkthrough when everything is finished and you mark any issues for them to fix prior to handover. Ours was so big that we have to do PCI again once they have fixed everything up. Hoping there won't be many issues picked up at next one though and handover will be quite quick Re: Building Metricon Glendale 42 Limited Edition in Geelong 2433Mar 23, 2017 1:44 pm Orpheus Maybe yr SM was visually impaired and couldn't see??? @Orph Build thread: viewtopic.php?t=78328 Home Furniture: viewtopic.php?t=80551 Technology Hub: viewtopic.php?t=83663 Landscape Design: viewtopic.php?t=80645 Or he has no clue Re: Building Metricon Glendale 42 Limited Edition in Geelong 2434Mar 23, 2017 1:50 pm kylz4 Ssjo Could i ask what is PCI? Hoping there won't be many issues picked up at next one though and handover will be quite quick How do we go about the PCI? Does the SM walk along with us while we go through, or do we get a free run to go through in as much detail and then report based on that? The reason i ask is.. when i used to enter the house when unlocked during the build stage, i used to get time to look at stuff at my pace, which i then used for my reference, as well as to ask questions if needed. When i did my last walkthrough along with the SM, i got to look at stuff, but having someone along kinda reduced my thought process and freedom to explore. We had the sm with us and he had the roll of tape so anything we found we had to point out for him to put tape on. At our last build we were given our own tape and went around ourselves marking things as did the SM. The way we did it this time felt very uncomfortable. I still took my time though, he didn't try to rush us along at least. Re: Building Metricon Glendale 42 Limited Edition in Geelong 2438Mar 23, 2017 3:35 pm Far out Kylz. That's a list! Mine is about the same at the moment lol. Better now than after handover though. My toilets are only installed with silicone too... Where would they even screw them? Now I'm worried lol C U S T O M.
