It is the valuation for the house and not for the land...it is rare to come short unless the client decided to take few things out from the build without informing the bank... We took out the driveway and splashback but didnt realise we had to tell the bank lol That and the bathrooms/ laundry had the tiles ripped up.. probably didnt look good! We had to tile it as the walls are aligned differently and didnt want the carpet to be in a weird angle.
