As a bit of background we are building the Marcoola 27 with hastings facade however have made extensions to incorporate a media room and study. Unfortunately we couldnt select the marcoola 30 due to width of our block. We're building on the mid north coast nsw and the info on this forum has been invaluable! We're getting to the business end now; tile app done last week and final colour/ electrical app next week! Fingers crossed certifier comes back with complying development and we commence building asap Hi Chris - just curious as to where you are building as we are building in Wauchope. Hi Elise+Tim. I want white & my partner wants grey... Help!!! Grey/silver for the alfresco and I can't for the life of me remember whether we went grey/silver fan for the living room or if we even got one for there in the end!!! Clearly this build has been going on for far too long... We have white floors (I know...), really light grey walls (that look white), black benchtops and will be going with a lot of grey furniture (our dining table is concrete topped). Alfresco tiles are grey. Also, to break up the white on white that the living room may have because somebody was obsessed with creating a light and airy house... *whistling* Follow my Coral Daydream 28 build: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=72384 Re: Coral Homes general build thread 1954Aug 06, 2015 1:49 pm Okay I am full of questions today. Mellywil you might be able to tell me?? Does the floor tiling go down and the kitchen on top of it Or kitchen on first and the tiles cut around the benches? My plans say metal sheet roof with RBM and I see no RBM and the roof has been completely installed so was just wondering do they do it later, which I doubt they would as its not normally done like that. Our house is completely wrapped in RBM already too maybe they have forgotten but major thing and unlikely thing to forget. At least our front door is stained! You'll find that the plasterers will be coming back to fix up the defects I would guess, we had the same thing scribble is some places and if you look closely you can see plaster defects.
