But it's hard as you know what kids are like. Kids will be kids lol. But overall they are pretty good kids. Very hard workers. Employees usually single them out. Because they are great workers. Coming from large family. They all learn to pitch in. And work hard. They are all involved with the younger kids. They all look out for them. They are very blessed little boys. As they have 7 sisters who adore them. That's very true it is rare. Your dad has a lot of siblings. My mum was one of 9. I was one of 6. I'm the baby of the family. But I get treated like I'm the Older one. I got told I'm very mothering Re: My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb 194Feb 24, 2017 7:31 am I'm about to have another kid. First kid is 3. Any tips?? Re: My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb 195Feb 24, 2017 10:35 am emmyawards I'm about to have another kid. First kid is 3. Any tips?? Get the first one involved and make them feel apart of the arrival. We did that with our daughter and she is 11 now and she looks after her younger brother who is 8 like she is his mother now. She makes his bed, gets him breakfast and picks what outfit he should wear when we go out. It would fetch a fair bit on the seconds market Not sure but it's definitely a good hard good. If I had space to store it I would build something door the track. Such a shame to see it go to waste. Re: My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb 200Feb 24, 2017 10:36 pm My dining table I ordered is being made out of Vic Ash which I understand is another name for Tasmanian Oak. 4K just for the table so it definitely has some value! The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 20086 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes. I am looking for feedback on them from others who have built with them. 0 14237 |
