Our acreage build: Queensland: Stroud Homes Re: Acreage Build: Jimboomba - Stroud Homes - Kentucky 304 172Jan 03, 2017 7:18 am We also engaged in a bit of window shopping over the Xmas period. Thankfully a lot of furniture stores have sales that continue until the end of January so we haven't bought anything just yet. We are thinking of getting this combo for the dinning room though ?. We can't decide on the sofa. Do we get a big L? Or a two seater and a three seater with chaise? I love the snuggle chair from plush as well. The problem is that we can't settle on what the space will be used for. Do we put a TV in there or just bookcases? Hopefully we can decide and soon!! I love your furniture selections!! I'm partial to Nick Scali Hubby and I are getting a big L shape lounge but just because that what fits our lifestyle, we are gym fanatics but other than that we're pretty much couch potatoes so the big L works for us and allows to lounge about watching a movie or just have a snooze on the couch You just need to figure what works for your lifestyle, if you get it for looks you will probably regret your lounge selection sooner rather than later GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 Re: Acreage Build: Jimboomba - Stroud Homes - Kentucky 304 174Jan 03, 2017 12:28 pm That furniture would suit your house perfectly Re: Acreage Build: Jimboomba - Stroud Homes - Kentucky 304 175Jan 03, 2017 3:20 pm Everything is looking great so far! It's going to face the bookshelf/tv combo in our main living area! Done and done. Now though it's a question of rugs. What one? How big? Does it go in the middle or is it suppose to be under the couch a bit? Interior designer I am NOT!! I'm really no good at this. Pinterest has become my new best friend and I'm hoping to just pic something I like and replicate it as close as possible. It looks so good in your house! I'm just hoping that when they install our downlights/ducted air con thing that there is enough room to put it up in a centered position. Fingers crossed.
