The slab was poured on Tuesday 5th April and our frames were on the block today when I went past so hopefully they will start tomorrow. We are building a modified Melody 39 in Lake Macquarie with the Grande facade. Still playing around with these photos so stay tuned Re: Mojo Homes 164Apr 22, 2016 7:47 pm Think Ive got this worked out. We had to lose a metre from our outdoor area to fit in out 1800 x 1800 kitchen bench which they forgot about.
Re: Mojo Homes 166Apr 22, 2016 11:21 pm Wow miss shanty! How exciting to start seeing some real progress. Thanks for sharing the Photos, i can't wait to see the rooms begin to take shape. I'm especially looking forward to seeing your kitchen with that massive island bench. Does this design have a butlers pantry? Re: Mojo Homes 168Apr 24, 2016 4:53 pm Wow Congratulations Maccy_73. Thats how it all begins!!! Good luck. Re: Mojo Homes 169Apr 24, 2016 9:58 pm Wow how exciting! I cant wait to see pic of the kitchen when finished. That bench looks fantastic Re: Mojo Homes 170Apr 25, 2016 3:30 pm Oh cool! It seems like alot of people is now in the construction phase! Have you been given date of when your house will be completed Miss Shanty? Our frame just got delivered last week so hopefully it will be put up this week. We were advised our house would be completed in Nov not taking inconsideration of rain etc. Re: Mojo Homes 173Apr 26, 2016 7:06 pm Hi Jay30. Hope your builds going well. Our second floor was done today so hoping framing to the top storey and roof to be done by Friday. We have our first meeting with our supervisor on friday on site so looking forward to meeting up. He said they are hoping for the hebel guys for next week so fingers crossed. We were given Christmas day as our completion date but the way they are going I hope that was just to give them plenty of scope. What are you building and are you using Hebel or brick? Re: Mojo Homes 174Apr 26, 2016 7:36 pm Hey Miss Shanty, oh nice! How many days did it take for them to sleep the frame? We are building the Nova 33 with minor changes. Our frame was delivered last week Friday and apparently they will start putting it up this Thursday. Yes i heard there was high demand/delay with Hebal? We went with brick. Re: Mojo Homes 176Apr 28, 2016 4:27 pm We're doing flooring after handover and going Hebel, i hadnt heard there were delays with hebel bricklayers tho. Hope that doesnt impact us too much. Weve been dealing with demo delays. Hopefully the house is gone by Sat so we can have our site inspection on monday. Sounds like theres lots ofd action here. Can't wait to hear how things progress for everyone. Re: Mojo Homes 177May 03, 2016 5:34 pm We have just put down our deposit before the price rise, looking forward to the color appointments next! Have a feeling there will be more costs to be added during color selection... Anyone doing KDR? Hopefully the process will be smooth as MOJO dont look after knock down... Re: Mojo Homes 178May 03, 2016 7:57 pm Jcas24 Price rise from 2nd May. $8k for singles, 10k for double storey homes. I still can't understand how they justify 4 or more price rises a year?!?! Happy we have a price locked in though Hi I am now wondering if Mojo are still good value. Do you think that they have over priced themselves? Happy we have a price locked in though Hi I am now wondering if Mojo are still good value. Do you think that they have over priced themselves? I think they are good valve with the inclusion packages but I honestly can't compare. Masterton was dearer for a similar product and not as good options. Obviously Mojo will be dearer then Allworth and the like but the target market is different. 1 24538 Hi all, We are considering Enigma 46 from Mojo Homes in Gables, NSW. Has anyone built with Mojo and any pointers and feedback. Also, if anyone has built similar design… 0 20033 |
