We have to pay $130 for the extra driveway as it's not big enough. Plaster and painting is next for you We have an appointment with our SS tomorrow! So excited to see everything. We've been told timber flooring is down. She told me it was generic and that if you had tile floors it would be down at lock up stage but not laminate/timber...silly to have it there I know! You are making sense I just had a look over my HIA contract and it says that as well. I had just been reading their brochure they give you about each stage and what is to be done.
